Pastor Raquel Ordonez has been an advocate, a servant leader and Volunteer for the community for over 30 years. She is the Founder and Chief Executive of Exodus to Serenity Ministries. She is responsible for rehabilitating hundreds of survivors of the streets, homeless, drug addicts, sexual assault victims, victims of domestic violence, men and woman who have been in prison and need services to help them transition, all in the streets of San Jose Ca. By creating an environment for development of character and life skills techniques she prepared survivors for entering back into the community.
