Outreach Program
Led by people with lived experience, our outreach team connects unhoused individuals to resources for Sober Living Environment (SLE’s) and Independent Living Homes (ILH’s), job readiness training, food and clothing resources, as well as case management on a case-by-case basis and a helping hand through many types of executive functioning tasks to bring the client stability and hope for a brighter future.
Volunteer Program Requirements and Benefits
We believe in accountability through testing; we believe to be effective we need to maintain a sober workforce. We have initial drug testing to determine eligibility for our volunteer program, followed by random testing for the first 30 days. We also have support systems in place for volunteers who initially test positive but still desire to volunteer for services.
